Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and developing a portfolio of clients across multiple industries
- Reviewing and overseeing year-end accounts, tax returns, and compliance work
- Providing strategic advice to clients, helping them improve their financial position
- Mentoring newly promoted managers, offering guidance on portfolio growth and best practices
- Supporting Partners in driving the firm's growth and maintaining excellent client relationships
What We're Looking For:
- ACA / ACCA qualified
- Previous experience managing a portfolio in an accountancy practice
- Strong technical knowledge across accounting, tax, and compliance
- A passion for mentoring and developing junior team members
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
