As Finance Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing critical financial operations, group-level finance management, and reporting. Key Responsibilities:
-Delivery of month-end management accounts and board packs with accompanying commercial commentary.
Including P+L, Balance Sheet, and KPIs.
-Production of company budgets, forecasts, and maintenance of company cash flow and cash flow forecasting.
-Ownership of all technical submissions, including year-end close, tax, and quarterly VAT returns.
-Acting as the primary point of contact for external auditors and agencies such as HMRC.
-Revenue recognition to provide greater understanding of income performance, reconciling with payment processors' management information.
-Oversight of AP/AR.
-Overseeing the payroll process with an outsourced provider.
-Preparing ad hoc financial reports as requested by the Executive Team.
-Cross-functional collaboration to provide financial insights that drive company objectives.
You will be ACA/ ACCA/CIMA qualified Finance Manager with a proven track record in accounting and finance, ideally within a high-growth business. The ideal candidate will be hungry, ambitious, and adaptable, bringing a proactive approach to problem-solving and business growth.
