Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied portfolio of clients, acting as their main point of contact.
- Provide a full range of services, including management accounts, accounts preparation, corporate and personal tax returns, VAT returns, and bookkeeping.
- Collaborate with Partners to ensure seamless client service.
- Oversee team workloads to meet deadlines efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Mentor and support team members, fostering their professional development while upholding the firm's values.
- Identify opportunities to grow the client base and expand service offerings.
