Having spent a number of years in Estate Agency, I took the decision to move into Recruitment on a mission to further expand my knowledge and ability of building and maintaining deep-rooted relationships. After a successful couple of years as a Consultant, I have been lucky enough to transition into managing the training & development for our internal team for both NXTGEN and our sister company TEC Partners, to protect the brilliant and unique culture and business model we have, alongside attracting the best talent to become part of our future.

Outside of the office

During my downtime outside of the office I tend to just spend it decorating and doing DIY in my new house. Otherwise, I keep fit on my Peleton bike where I fully embrace my 2000s childhood by only doing classes that have the cheesiest soundtracks! Without this, I can safely say I would never workout!
