I founded NXTGEN with a desire to offer a truly consultative approach and a passion for ensuring that honesty and collaboration are at the heart of everything my team and I do. For me, a recruitment agency should be an enabler of growth for businesses, as it’s fundamentally people who drive great organisations. With over a decade of experience in the Finance & Accountancy sector, I’ve been fortunate to work with some of the country’s most high-profile employers as well as a range of incredibly exciting start-up companies.

At NXTGEN, I love meeting and connecting with business leaders. I also work closely with our consultants on senior and executive-level hires.

Outside the office

When I’m not working, I try to unwind whenever I can. Much of my time is spent on the golf course or at the rugby club, supporting my kids in their sporting passions. You’ll also find me navigating the emotional rollercoaster that comes with being a Norwich City fan.
