In this Accounts Assistant Manager role, you'll play a key part in delivering high-quality accounting, tax, and advisory services to a diverse client base. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with business owners, ensuring compliance, providing insightful financial advice, and helping clients achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Provide technical support to clients on a range of accounting and tax matters.
- Support and mentor junior staff, reviewing their work and helping them develop.
- Work closely with senior management to drive efficiencies and improve processes.
What We're Looking For:
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Prior experience in an accountancy practice - Ideally circa 4 years.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
