Key Responsibilities:
- Lead audits from planning to completion for a diverse range of clients, including SMEs, large corporates, and non-profits.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, providing valuable insights beyond the numbers.
- Supervise and mentor junior auditors, fostering their development and ensuring high-quality work.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance audit efficiency and client satisfaction.
