As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll data and will play a pivotal role within the team ensuring you are adhering to up to date legislation and payroll guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely, accurate collection of payroll data
- Input and import data into the payroll system
- Calculate absence and statutory sick payments
- Process statutory maternity/adoption/paternity payments
- Manage starters and leavers
- Handle overpayment calculations and recovery
- Update tax codes and student loan details
- Issue payslips, P11d, P60, and P45 via MiCVS
- Process deductions (AEOs, SAYE, childcare vouchers, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with National Minimum Wage laws
- Maintain P11d records and report to HMRC
- Generate payroll KPI and monthly reports for managers
- Work with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Contribute to improving departmental processes
