Whether you have prior experience in insolvency or are currently working at a specialist insolvency firm and seeking to broaden your expertise, this role provides an excellent opportunity to build your career within a practice with diverse specialisms. As an Insolvency Administrator, you'll manage a varied portfolio of cases, meet statutory requirements, provide strategic advice to stakeholders, and collaborate closely with Managers and Partners to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management of a portfolio of insolvency cases, including administrations, liquidations, and bankruptcies.
- Investigate directors' conduct and company affairs, preparing detailed reports as required.
- Draft and review statutory documents, ensuring compliance with insolvency legislation.
- Communicate effectively with creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders throughout the process.
- Assist Managers and Partners in developing and implementing case strategies.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-3 years' experience in insolvency administration.
- A solid understanding of insolvency legislation and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
