This exciting FP&A Manager role offers the opportunity to shape financial strategy, provide key insights, and drive business performance. As the FP&A Manager, you will play a crucial part in helping the organisation achieve its strategic objectives and deliver exceptional value.
The Role
As a FP&A Manager, you will:
- Manage the month-end process, including reviewing journal entries, coordinating team activities, and preparing the management accounts pack.
- Lead the annual budget, business plan, and valuation models, while monitoring performance and delivering monthly forecasts.
- Provide detailed analysis on business performance to senior stakeholders to drive decision-making.
- Collaborate to enhance financial systems and processes, working closely with internal and external teams.
- Lead and develop the FP&A team, ensuring they meet objectives and develop professionally
About You
To be successful in this FP&A Manager role, you will have:
- An ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualification with strong experience in management accounting or business partnering.
- Proven expertise in financial modelling and budget management.
- Confidence in working closely with senior leadership teams and presenting financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and a highly analytical approach.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
