As an Insolvency Administrator, you will manage a varied portfolio of insolvency cases, meeting statutory requirements, providing strategic advice to stakeholders, and working closely with Insolvency Managers and Partners to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support managing a portfolio of insolvency cases, including administrations, liquidations, and bankruptcies.
- Investigate directors' conduct and company affairs, preparing detailed reports as needed.
- Draft and review statutory documents, ensuring compliance with insolvency legislation.
- Communicate effectively with creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders throughout the process.
- Support Managers and Partners in developing and executing case strategies.

- 1-3 years' experience in insolvency administration.
- A solid understanding of insolvency legislation and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
