NXTGEN are pleased to be supporting a fantastic local employer based near Watton. My Client is seeking a Sales Administrator to join a growing and ever expanding team. The business has experienced a wealth of growth over the last 12 months and has no plans to slow down.
The main duties are:
* Analyse and respond in a timely and professional manner to sales enquiries, including verification of client details and obtaining any other applicable information either by telephone or email.
* Processing sales orders
* Processing of invoices
* General sales order and quotation filing and archiving
* Setting up new customer accounts
* Run weekly reports from in-house database system. Update database accordingly.
* Generating standard product quotations
* Raise Credit Notes/Lease with accounts payment terms
* Credit card payments
