NXTGEN are pleased to be working with a client based in Suffolk who seek a Purchase Ledger to join the business. My client continues to strive in there sector and have no plans of slowing down. The reason for the role is due to company growth and the team needing an efficient purchase ledger clerk to support in his high volume environment
Due to the nature of the business you will be joining a fast paced organisation and will be dealing with both high and low value invoices. You will be able to manage your time effectively but be able to demonstrate a proactive approach, allowing you to meet deadlines.
The main duties are :
* Matching and Coding invoices
* Bank Reconciliation’s
* Processing of Credit Card Payments along with company expenses
* Dealing with Accounts queries
* Ledger reporting/ data entry
* Other adhoc administration duties as required
Ideally you will have had experience in a role of a similar nature or have had exposure to some of the duties above. Most importantly you will have had experience in the processing of invoices. This role would suit someone who is looking for a new challenge in there career or perhaps someone with admin experience who now seeks to start a career in accounts.
