NXTGEN are pleased to be working exclusively with a new client based in Kings Lynn. My client is a very unique manufacturing business and one that has done extremely well over the last 18 months. Due to this outstanding period of growth my client is seeking and experienced purchase ledger to join them on an initial 12-15 month contract with the high potential of the role going permanent.
The accounts team are a close-knit bunch and work well together. This is a fast paced environment and my client will need someone who can adapt to new surroundings, build rapport with the team and ultimately preform well under pressure..
The main duties are:
* Purchase Ledger – Processing Purchase Ledger invoices (ensuring it matches GRN),
* Bank reconciliations,
* Dealing with queries, data entry and other adhoc PL Duties
* Project Support – Assisting the Finance Manager with the migration onto a new ERP system
* Assisting with UAT, training, and will be heavily involved with the transformation of the finance departments processes and procedures.
