NXTGEN are working with one of the leading Chartered Accountants based in Norwich. The successful Payroll Administrator will work within a fast passed environment, forming part of a busy payroll team. You will be responsible for a range of clients, operating across different industries, each with their own intricacies, processing company payroll from end to end. As the Payroll Administrator, you’ll manage a high volume of client queries dealing with each in a timely and effective manner. For the right candidate, there will be fantastic opportunities to develop and progress within the firm.
Key Responsibilities will include:
-Processing weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payroll for clients
-Calculate accurate Holiday, sick and overtime pay
-Produce P45/P60/P11D’s in a timely manner as per client requests
-Manage any queries within the client portfolio in a timely manor
-Support HMRC reports and RTI submissions
The successful candidate will ideally have experience working within an Accounts practice/Bureau environment previously. Candidates will need to demonstrate a good knowledge of the payroll function and up to date technical knowledge on payroll legislation. Candidates should also have good IT skills and be able to deliver outstanding customer service skills.
